Cancellation policy.

At Villa Caunedo we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and therefore we offer a clear and transparent cancellation policy:

​

1- Initial payment and cancellation conditions

• To confirm the booking, an initial payment of €200 is required.

• Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival: the initial payment of €200 will be fully refunded.

• Cancellation between 15 and 30 days before arrival: 50% of the initial payment (€100) will be refunded.

• Cancellation less than 15 days before arrival or no-show: the initial payment of €200 will not be refunded.

2-Outstanding balance

• The remaining balance of the booking must be paid before the start of the stay.

• You will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with a secure link to complete this payment.

3-Security deposit

• Upon arrival, an additional deposit will be requested through Swikly as a guarantee against possible damages. This deposit does not involve an immediate charge and will only be executed in case of incidents during the stay.

 

4-Reservation modifications

• Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested in writing.​

House Rules

​

• Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property.

• Smoking: Smoking is not permitted indoors. It is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.

• Events and parties: Events, parties, or celebrations are not allowed without prior authorization.

• Maximum occupancy: The villa’s maximum occupancy of 14 guests must not be exceeded.

• Damages and conduct: Guests are responsible for keeping the property in good condition. Any damages caused during the stay may be deducted from the security deposit.

• Check-in and check-out:

  • Check-in from 16:00.

  • Check-out before 10:00
