My arrival at Villa Caunedo was, from the very first moment, an experience that exceeded all my expectations. As I made my way along the access path, a small stone building tucked away in a corner caught my eye—discreet but full of charm. I discovered it was a wine cellar. From the first glance, I knew I had stumbled upon something special.


The wine cellar is a small, carefully preserved stone construction that maintains a constant temperature of 17°C—ideal for protecting the quality of the wines.

I was lucky enough to enter the cellar with the owners of Villa Caunedo, who happened to be nearby. Inside, the space felt warm and authentic, with wooden shelves lined with rustic boxes displaying the bottles with natural elegance. In one corner stood a wooden barrel, adding a traditional touch and inviting the imagination to explore the stories and flavors it holds. Every corner of this space reflects the care and dedication that has gone into creating a unique place to enjoy exceptional wines. There, I discovered twelve outstanding labels—each with its own story and personality. Here’s what I had the pleasure of tasting:
