1- How can I make a reservation?

You can make your reservation through our website, by phone, or by email. To confirm the reservation, a deposit or valid credit card details are required. The reservation is considered confirmed once we receive the payment or authorization of the card.

2- What are the payment conditions?

​

Initial deposit: 30% of the total amount of the stay to confirm the reservation.

Remaining balance: Must be paid at least 7 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings (less than 7 days), full payment is required at the time of booking.

Payment methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other methods available on the website.

3- What are the Check-in and Check-out times?

​​

a.     Check-in: From 16:00 hours. If you need to check in earlier, please inquire about availability in advance.

b.     Check-out: Before 10:00 hours. If you wish for a later check-out, please check availability.

4- Is a security deposit required?

​​

​Yes, a security deposit is requested upon arrival to cover any potential damages. This deposit is refunded upon departure after reviewing the property and confirming the absence of damages.

5- Can I modify my reservation?

​Date modifications are possible but subject to availability. We recommend making any changes at least 15 days in advance. Please note that there may be a price difference depending on the season.

6- Do you accept pets?

​No, we do not accept pets.

​​

7- What is the cancellation policy?

​​

  • Free cancellation: If you cancel at least 30 days in advance, we will refund 100% of the initial deposit.

  • Between 29 and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the initial deposit will be retained.

  • Between 14 and 7 days before arrival: 75% of the initial deposit will be retained.

  • Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: 100% of the initial deposit will be retained.

  • Emergencies or force majeure: We offer flexible solutions in the event of unforeseen circumstances such as serious illness or natural disasters, upon presentation of appropriate documentation.

8- What happens if the property cancels my reservation?

​In the event of unforeseen circumstances (property damage, urgent maintenance needs, etc.), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule the reservation at no additional cost.

9- Where can I contact to cancel or modify my reservation?

​​

To cancel or modify your reservation, please contact us by email at reservas@villacaunedo.com. We will confirm the cancellation and the refund, if applicable, within 7 business days.

10- Can I check in before the established time?

​​

​Check-in is from 16:00 hours, but if you need to enter earlier, please check availability in advance. In some cases, an additional charge for early check-in may apply.
